Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)

1. Purpose & Parties

This Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") formalizes the partnership between DFW 12s (Official Seattle Seahawks Fan Club Chapter) and Barcadia Dallas (1917 N Henderson Ave, Dallas, TX 75206, represented by Calvin Collins).

2. Term & Commitment

Barcadia Dallas agrees to serve as the Official 2026 Headquarters for the DFW 12s, hosting all regular season Seattle Seahawks games (Weeks 1 through 18) and all subsequent 2026-2027 NFL Playoff games through elimination or championship.

3. Venue Commitments

• Audio Priority: Play-by-play Seahawks game audio routed through the main house sound system for every game.
• Early Doors: Doors open at 11:00 AM CST for all 12:00 PM CST noon kickoffs to facilitate table seating and food orders.
• Family & All Ages Access: Daytime games are open to all ages with complimentary vintage arcade game and skeeball access. After 9:00 PM, venue transitions to 21+.
• Reserved Fan Section: Dedicated seating blocks reserved for DFW 12s attendees based on weekly RSVP estimates.

DFW 12s will direct all chapter members, social traffic (Instagram, Facebook, email newsletters), and gameday inquiries exclusively to Barcadia Dallas, including Marcus Sheridan "Selling 7" video promotions showcasing the venue's amenities, menu, and arcade.
